২: যদি কোন পার্সেল বিজ্ঞাপনের সাথে মিল থাকা সত্ত্বেও, প্রডাক্ট পছন্দ সংক্রান্ত কারণে গ্রাহক পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করতে চায় , সে ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে পার্সেল রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
৩: প্রোডাক্টের যেকোনো সমস্যা সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ জানাতে, অবশ্যই পণ্যটি হাতে পাওয়ার দুই দিনের মধ্যে অভিযোগ দিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে কোন প্রকার কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৪: পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ অথবা রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই কোম্পানির রশিদ/মানি রিসিপ্ট/ ইনভয়েস থাকতে হবে।
৫: প্রোডাক্টের সমস্যাজনিত কারনে কমপ্লেইম এর জন্য , অবশ্যই পার্সেলের ইনভয়েস এর ছবি, পন্যের সঠিকভাবে ছবি এবং ভিডিও করে আমাদের 09678552828 নাম্বারে কমপ্লেইন জানাতে হবে।
৬: অভিযোগ দেয়ার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমস্যা সমাধান করা হবে
৭: ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে পার্সেল যদি কেউ চেক না করে এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর যদি প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, তাহলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
৮: রাইডার সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় যদি কোন ধরনের প্রডাক্টের সমস্যা অথবা ড্যামেজ পাওয়া যায় , সেক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ পাঠানোর সময় কাস্টমার কে কোন প্রকার ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে না ।
৯: এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে, কাস্টমার যদি দ্বিতীয়বারও রাইডারের সামনে চেক করে পণ্য রিসিভ না করে থাকেন , সেক্ষেত্রে পার্সেল জনিত সমস্যার জন্য কোম্পানি কোন প্রকার দায়বদ্ধতা থাকবে না ।
১০: পার্সেল বাসায় নিয়ে চেক করার সময়, যদি কোন গ্রাহক বাসায় থাকা নষ্ট প্রোডাক্ট অথবা অন্য কোন জায়গা থেকে অর্ডারকৃত নষ্ট প্রডাক্ট, আমাদেরকে রিটার্ন করে তাহলে তার বিরুদ্ধে আইনত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
